Christmas can be a challenging
time. Not everyone has somewhere to go and enjoy the day.
PEOPLE MAKE CHRISTMAS aims to bring communities together through workshops and events in Glasgow throughout December. And on Christmas Day, will be a place to come and enjoy the day itself with food, comfort, and company of others.
The events will be stepping stones to Christmas Day. These events are a chance for everyone in Glasgow to get involved. And if you think you will want to come along on Christmas Day, the events are a great place to meet others who are planning to do the same.
Help us put on the best possible People Make Christmas
People Make Christmas is organised by Decent Projects CIC. We work alongside communities to explore clothes making and mending as a means to encourage and support individual and community led empowerment.
For Christmas we wanted to do a different sort of project and so People Make Christmas was born.
Decent Projects was founded by Alis Le May and Callum McLennan. To learn more about what we do the rest of the year click the button below.
